The beach in Scharbeutz (just 15 minutes on foot from the house)
Here the fine sandy beach stretches for several kilometers and is a beautiful stretch of coast of the Baltic Sea. You can take a walk by the sea here or rent one of the comfortable beach chairs and enjoy the view of the sea - the beach offers you plenty of relaxation here.
The beach in Scharbeutz is ideal for your family, as the shallow water is perfect for small children to swim and play in. There are numerous playgrounds nearby, a skate park, mini golf, beach volleyball courts or the opportunity to play tennis - or there are water sports schools nearby that will teach you sailing, stand-up paddling or surfing - lots of leisure activities that will definitely not let you get bored and that will definitely give you and your family lots of fun.
If you get up early you can admire the sunrise over the sea. And in the summer months there are plenty of beach bars and restaurants along the beach that we can recommend to everyone.

Relax by the Baltic Sea
Our cozy holiday home is only 900 meters from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach (you can transport everything with our handcart). No matter whether you are planning a relaxing beach holiday or an active holiday, our holiday home offers you everything you need for a successful holiday.
There is space for the whole family and friends here
Our holiday home offers enough space for up to 7 people. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is ideal for larger families or nice groups. Two bedrooms are located in the lower area, one with a single bed and the other with a comfortable double bed. In the upper area you will find a large open space with sleeping accommodation for 4-6 people. Here you will find two single beds, a double bed and optionally a sofa bed for two.
Cozy living area and fully equipped kitchen
The open living room with the large dining table is the center of the house - this is where we eat, play and chat... Our fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, a dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer combination - the Jura coffee machine makes great coffee.
Enjoy the garden
Our large wooden terrace, which offers space for 10 people around the table, is a dream in summer. Here you can eat together, sunbathe and enjoy the small garden. A charcoal grill is available for barbecue evenings, which ensures cozy hours outdoors.
Wellness in the garden
Our holiday home has a sauna house with space for 3-4 people. Relax in cold weather or after an eventful day by the sea - and enjoy the peace and quiet around you.
Everything you need
We offer WiFi throughout the house to keep you connected. Parking for up to 3 cars will be available from May. There are also four bicycles at your disposal, a table tennis table, beach toys and lots of board games.

Prices / Conditions
The prices listed in the calendar are for an occupancy of up to 7 people for the whole house. Increase on request. In the low season only the ground floor can be booked at a price of € 160.
May 15 to September 14 270 euros / day
23 December to 02 January 300 Euro / day
Easter: Holy Week and the following week 250 euros / day
15 September to 14 May 180 Euro / day (whole house)
The minimum stay is four days.
The final cleaning fee is 120 euros. All other additional costs such as electricity, gas and water are already included in the rental price. A deposit of 25 % is required within one week of booking. The remaining amount is due 14 days before arrival.
In addition to the prices, there is also a seasonally varying tourist tax, which we pay to the municipality on your behalf.
For all persons aged 18 or over, the following tourist tax is due:
Low season: 01.01. – 14.05. = 1.90 euros per day
High season: 15.05. – 14.09. = 3.50 euros per day
Low season: 15.09. – 31.12. = 1.90 euros per day
Cancellation conditions
You can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before the agreed arrival date. Any deposit paid will then be refunded within a maximum of one week.
For cancellations up to two weeks before arrival, 50 % of the costs will be charged. Below two weeks, 100 % of the cost will be charged.
Laundry package
A laundry package containing bed linen and two towels can be booked per person for 15 euros.
Check in / out
Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, departure should be by 11 a.m. Please contact us if these times do not suit you.
We will surely find a solution.

Cozy holiday home for large families!
We stayed in the Karinella holiday home for a week, from August 14th to August 21st, 2024, and had a wonderful time! The house is incredibly spacious and offers enough space for everyone. On the ground floor there was a room with a double bed and another room with a single bed. On the 1st floor there is a large room with 2 single beds, a double bed and a comfortable pull-out sofa that was just as comfortable and cozy as the bed.
The interior is designed with great attention to detail and the equipment left nothing to be desired: There were lots of board games, a kettle grill, a fully automatic coffee machine, a dishwasher and a washing machine - the kitchen was really excellently equipped! There is a large dining table in the living room, but we almost always ate outside in the garden at the large garden table, as the weather was always very nice until the day we left. It rained on the day we left, but that didn't spoil our good mood and the wonderful holiday.
A special highlight was the sauna, which we used every day - even in summer! Since we were outside and on the beach for a long time and it was getting cooler in the evenings, we were able to warm up wonderfully in the sauna. It was very comfortable and heated up quickly.
There were also 3 bicycles and 2 handcarts - one foldable and one sturdy, non-foldable. Both were extremely useful for transporting things to the beach.
The location is also ideal - the beach is only a 15-minute walk away and is beautiful! There are also many great excursions in the area.
Communication with the host Tina was simply fantastic! She was always helpful, very friendly and uncomplicated. Tina took care of everything and was available at all times to make sure we didn't lack anything. Her warm and courteous manner made us feel at home straight away.
All in all it was a perfect holiday!
A little paradise
Friendly and bright, the house provided us with a fantastic base for our stay. The young people were able to sleep undisturbed upstairs until the early hours while we happily cooked lunch downstairs.
It's just a stone's throw from the beach, which invited us to take long walks. We'll be back!
Relaxed stay during the autumn holidays
A very beautiful house, furnished with love. We (family with child) really enjoyed our stay. The hot sauna in the garden was used a lot. The facilities in the house left nothing to be desired. 5 minutes by bike to the beach.
During apple season, you can help yourself to the apple tree from our own garden 😉
